After receiving a personal notification of your Crossroads proposal’s acceptance, we invite you to register for the 2018 meeting. There are two components that are needed.
- Complete this Registration Form to assist the conference organizers.
- Pay the registration fee through our secure, online system. Use the “Buy Now” button below to process the $300 registration. (You will likely have the option to use a PayPal account OR a debit/credit card. If you have technical difficulties, we can send you an invoice directly and that seems to clear up problems.) The Standard Registration of $300 applies to most attendees, predominantly those employed by post-secondary educational institutions. If you are a K-12 educator or have limited support, contact us for information about discounted rate and a special invoice. For those university-supported participants who have the capacity to provide a deeper level of support, we offer an Institutional Partner registration option — contact us for an invoice. Such registrations will be formally acknowledged in the conference program, on our website, and during the conference itself. The Institutional Partner rate provides an extra cushion assist those who might not otherwise be able to attend Crossroads.
Your registration covers our meeting space, snacks, multiple meals, and several excursions that we’re integrating into the program, as well as all associated service charges. Our perennial goal is to cut it as close as possible so that we break even. If you have questions about our budget or any of these registration options, please let us know.
Registrants should make travel plans to arrive on site at by 6 pm on Wednesday, November 6. The program will formally conclude late in the day on Saturday, November 9. Departing on Sunday is the most sensible logistical option.
A few items are worth noting:
- Remember, all registrants must also be presenters, with accepted papers.
- Make other arrangements early, including your accommodations. (We ask you about your travel arrangements in the registration form.)
